Do NOT live with JENNIFER GRINBERG! She will rip you off! Her house is dirty and shabby. It is virtually falling apart and the food is bad. She will constantly press you for money, she often does not have heat or hot water, her house is mouldy and totally cluttered. Cleaning is a foreign word to her. Everything is old and broken. You will not be able to sleep or rest there, it is loud and horrible. Plus it is very far fromm the school and transportation to and from her home is very expensive. You would be able to afford a hotel and good meals with the money you'll be paying her. Save yourself the disappointment and do NOT accept to live with JENNIFER GRINBERG. You'll want to move out as soon as you'll walk in, trust me, I did! All the others students I know who lived there moved out as soon as possible. Don't let anybody fool you!
